I hope they have a valid license to give free wine. I do appreciate that they offer you something to drink. I'd like some music playing in the background. First, they yell across the room when you walk in to see what services you want. I think they could make a few changes with customer service and the location would be a lot better.

I haven't had any problems with them chipping too soon. It lasts for about 2 weeks before it starts to lift and my nails have grown too long. It's close to my work, and I can get my nails done while waiting for an event or for my friends to be available for dinner. The location is the reason why I keep going back. Most of the time you walk into a nail shop you say you want a fill and they don't think twice they just do it. I don't like bright colors, I like the nail shape to be a certain way, and I pay attention to everything! I appreciated that the nail tech that had me as a client that day really took the time to know what I wanted. Nothing too fancy but not necessarily a hole in the wall either. Now liquor bias aside the shop is pretty standard. So when I walked in and sat down, and someone asked me if I would like red or white wine to drink while waiting THEY HOOKED ME. I'm always enticed by the thought of adding wine to any activity. If I knew he'd always be there, I'd legit still go a lot. There was a gentleman that gives a badass foot massage. That being said, I used to have really great experiences there. Somehow I apologized that it made so much noise? Anyways.

When I was ushered to their drying table, she set my bag that she had insisted on carrying down on the tile floor hard enough for a glass candle holder that had been gifted to me earlier to shatter.
